The Clinical Director is responsible for the overall leadership, quality, safety, and effectiveness of clinical services across Sobriety House programs. This role oversees clinical operations, clinical supervision, quality improvement initiatives, and collaboration across departments to support strong client outcomes and organizational stability.
The Clinical Director partners closely with executive leadership to ensure programs remain clinically strong, financially sustainable, compliant with regulatory and accreditation standards, and aligned with the mission and values of Sobriety House.
This role supervises Clinical Supervisors and works collaboratively with Behavioral Health Technicians, Admissions, Operations, and Executive Leadership to support integrated and effective care.
We are looking for a leader who is steady, relational, mission driven, and capable of balancing strategy with day to day clinical realities.
