Volunteer
Adopt-A-Room Program
Organizations, corporations, families and individuals are invited to adopt-a-room (or rooms) at Sobriety House. Sobriety House provides a home-like environment that is helpful to recovery. The project involves groups volunteering to do such things as painting, installing new window dressings, purchasing and hanging inexpensive artwork or making other improvements to client rooms.
Over the past two years, Sobriety House has had the good fortune of having most of the rooms completed. Still to work on are three "suites" that are larger than regular one or two person rooms. Also available are the common areas. Please make an appointment for a tour and see where you might help! Call Mary Jo in the development office at 720.381.4336.
We also encourage you to call at any time to see if there might be other projects besides Adopt-a-Room currently needing volunteers within the Sobriety House progams.
